Had a substantial and lovely breakfast.

Everything was really good during 2 days, appreciated its good location just off the seafront and town, river & beachside and bridge. The breakfast was substantial and absolutely fantastic, featured a wide range of meals. Had a really comfortable time.

Good place with free wi-fi, a lovely bar lounge area, and great in-room breakfasts. The staff even helped me find parking on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

It was a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The staff were very amiable and fantastic friendly, it was a bonus.

I stayed in the Beautiful Queen Room. It was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the River Arun. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the high-quality linens. Little touches like the great handwash and well-stocked kitchen. No noise from the pub, a nice surprise.

The staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, with crispy bacon. My room was spacious and clean, offering beautiful views of the river. I appreciated the well-equipped mini kitchen for convenience. A perfect getaway 🌊

My Beautiful Queen Room was spacious with a private bathroom and comfy bed. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and even a Blu-ray player. Dining area was handy. Breakfast was made-to-order, and the staff were super friendly. Nice location by the river made it perfect.

The location is just a short walk to the beach, a plus. I really appreciated the person-centred service, and the cooked-to-order breakfast was a delight! Mark even managed to serve crispy back bacon, rare for me!

The location was fantastic for riverside walks, and the room had a cozy mini kitchen for snacks. Mark and Arleta really nailed it with their hospitality and attention to detail.

The warm decor and inviting lounges, along with lovely views of the river, created a cute atmosphere.

A few more seating options outside would be nice.

The location was perfect for cycling around the area with my fiancé. We explored nearby beaches and the town without much hassle. The owners were very nice, and they provided a really good breakfast each morning, complete with proper milk!

My fiancée says that more family-friendly activities would be great.

The staff were cute and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight-don't miss the massive vegetarian Full English! For a late-night snack, explore nearby cafes for quick bites. A perfect base for exploring!

The cheerful hosts, and the short 15-minute walk to East Beach was the perfect way to start my day exploring the lovely city and its nearby attractions like Mewsbrook Park, just under 2 km away. The room was cozy and clean, ideal for a solo traveler looking to enjoy the beautiful views and local landmarks yet I did notice that the road outside was a bit noisy in the morning.

The location right by the city center is great! I found a nice spot, Queen's Head Restaurant, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from here. They serve some delicious shots too! 🍹.

The huge vegetarian Full English breakfast was a real treat, with lentils and hash browns that filled me up. Maybe check food options nearby if you're arriving late.
